Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Nokia CMG Upgrade Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in Nokia CMG (Charging & Mediation Gateway) upgrades. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Nokia CMG environments, with a strong understanding of the upgrade processes, troubleshooting, and best practices essential to ensure smooth operations during and after upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage Nokia CMG upgrade projects, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network operations, support, and engineering, to streamline upgrade activities.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during the upgrade process, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide post-upgrade support, monitoring systems for stability and performance.
- Document all upgrade procedures, changes, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an accurate project record.
- Proactively analyze potential risks related to the CMG upgrade and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in Nokia CMG upgrade projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Nokia CMG architecture, upgrade processes, troubleshooting techniques, and relevant tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple upgrade projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring system reliability.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams and documentation of procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with telecom operators or service providers in a 5G or network management environment.
