CMG and CMM Deployment Engineer

Job Summary:
The CMG and CMM Deployment Engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining Nokia CMM and CMG nodes within our clients’ 5G infrastructure. This role requires technical expertise in CMG (Centralized Management Gateway) and CMM (Centralized Management Module) deployment and configuration, as well as the flexibility to work on shifts, including nights, to support our 24/7 operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Nokia CMM and CMG nodes in client 5G network environments.
- Perform end-to-end integration and testing of CMG and CMM nodes to ensure seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and troubleshoot any issues.
- Monitor and support CMG and CMM deployments, performing routine maintenance and optimization.
- Provide technical support for CMG and CMM nodes, including root-cause analysis and resolution of issues.
- Document deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Nokia CMM and CMG node deployment in telecom environments.
- Strong understanding of 5G network architecture, with specific knowledge of Nokia’s CMG and CMM solutions.
- Familiarity with network protocols, network troubleshooting tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts, to support 24/7 deployment and operational needs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
