HR Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Operations Manager to own the operational HR function at Azalio. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, maintain HR compliance, oversee payroll coordination and ensure that our people processes are efficient, consistent and professional.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliance
• Maintain and improve HRMS data accuracy and process documentation
• Support recruitment coordination and candidate experience
• Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with employment law
• Partner with leadership on people initiatives and culture programs

Skills and Experience

• Proven HR operations or HR generalist experience
• Knowledge of Indian employment law, payroll and statutory compliance
• Experience managing HRMS platforms
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent organisational and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a technology or engineering company environment
• Exposure to multi-location or growing-team HR operations
• Familiarity with recruitment coordination and onboarding process design
