Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Java Developer to drive the engineering of UIV-based inventory solutions. You will lead a team of developers, set technical standards and take ownership of delivery quality across inventory modernisation programs for telecom operators.
What You Will Do
- Lead Java engineering for UIV inventory platform implementations
- Set technical standards, conduct code reviews and mentor developers
- Design microservice architectures aligned with inventory domain requirements
- Work with architects to translate HLD into engineering implementation
- Own delivery quality across sprints and validate against acceptance criteria
- Manage technical dependencies and escalate blockers proactively
Skills and Experience
- Extensive Java development experience with Spring framework
- Experience leading development teams in a delivery environment
- Strong understanding of microservice design patterns
- Familiarity with telecom inventory platforms or OSS/BSS domains
- Ability to communicate technical decisions to architects and delivery leads
Preferred Experience
- Direct experience with UIV or comparable inventory management platforms
- Background in telecom OSS and network resource management
- Experience with agile delivery and sprint-based engineering
