Department: Presales & Solution Engineering

Position: Solution Architect – Networking & ELV

Experience: 8–10 Years (Preferred)

Salary Range: 14-18 Lacs

Location: Gurgaon

Role Objective

  • We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong technical expertise in Enterprise Data Networking, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP and a understanding of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.
  • The candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end integrated solutions, supporting enterprise sales teams, preparing technical proposals, coordinating with OEMs and system integrators, and ensuring commercially competitive and technically compliant solutions. Strong customer-facing, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

ELV & Network Solution Architect

  • Design enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WLAN and IP networking solutions.
  • Understanding of GPON, IP-MPLS, structured cabling and fiber infrastructure.
  • Design scalable solutions for Enterprise, Hospitality, Healthcare, Transport, Government and Data Center projects.
  • Understanding of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address Systems, Structured Cabling and IP-based ELV integration.
  • The candidate should be able to understand customer ELV requirements, identify integration opportunities with enterprise networking solutions, and coordinate with specialized OEMs and partners for detailed solution design and BoQ preparation.

Tender Management

  • Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, BoQ and cost estimates.
  • Evaluate RFPs, RFQs and tender specifications.
  • Support technical presentations, customer demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Conduct site surveys and coordinate with project execution teams.
  • Optimize solution cost without compromising technical requirements.

Skills and Experience

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT or Computer Science.
  • 8–10 years of experience in Network Solution Architecture, System Integration or Technical Presales.
  • Prior exposure to ELV projects in Hospitality, Healthcare, Commercial Buildings, Airports, Metro/Railways or large infrastructure projects will be an added advantage
  • Experience in EPC tenders and multi-OEM integrated solutions will be an advantage.
